Hi. I'm Claudia.

Originally from Germany, a chef, turned nutrition & health professional

Claudia Ehrlicher, London Dietitian helping clients improve Nutrition, health, long-term habits, and GLP-1 weight loss

My first career was as a chef took me to incredible places like St. Moritz, Cologne, Paris, and London — including a year at Claridge’s, which still feels like a “wow” moment even now. But over time I realised that being a chef wasn’t enough. I knew I wanted to work with people and help them support their health through food - and started looking around for a new career path.

Around that time, my father‑in‑law was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. He wasn’t doing well, but everything changed when he started working with a dietitian.

Watching the transformation — how targeted changes in food and lifestyle helped him regain his health, stabilise his blood sugar, lose weight, and enjoy life again — was a turning point for me. That’s when I knew: I'd found what I was looking: help people improve their health and quality of life through the powerful combination of nutrition, lifestyle, and science.

I'd found the right path

I went on to study nutrition and dietetics in Stuttgart and became a state‑registered Dietitian.

My career began at the prestigious 5‑star private Klinik Schloss Mammern in Switzerland, where I eventually became Head of Nutrition and Dietetics and stayed for 10 years.

Building my own practice

After relocating to London in 2010, I opened my own practice and ran successful clinics in Little Venice, Harley Street, and North London. I now live and work from Eastbourne on England’s beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve collaborated with several start‑ups (including Huel, now a major brand) and have been featured in publications such as Men’s Health and Tesco Magazine.

But my true passion has always been helping individuals — people just like you.

Over the years, I’ve supported thousands of clients, and I’ve also walked this journey personally. Several years ago, my wonderful mum was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. It was heartbreaking to see how inflammation drained her energy and made everyday tasks difficult. Medication alone wasn’t enough. But through a combination of dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and building sustainable habits, she gradually improved. Today she’s thriving again — travelling, seeing friends, and enjoying her garden.

When I am not working

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me roller skating, walking along the seafront, exploring the country in my campervan, or growing food and flowers in my garden.
