A HCPC-registered dietitian, nutritionist, and behaviour change coach with over 25 years’ experience supporting clients in London, Eastbourne, and online across the UK.
I understand how confusing nutrition can feel - with so much conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure what actually works for you.
That’s where I come in.
Helping you feel better through nutrition, lifestyle, and habit change

My approach is not about strict diets or unrealistic plans.
Instead, I work with you to:
Because real change doesn’t come from perfection - it comes from consistency.
I support adults with:
With experience running private clinics across London - including Harley Street, Little Venice, and North London -
I now practise in Eastbourne and online across the UK.
Before setting up my private practice, I also spent 10 years working in a leading Swiss clinic, where I became Head of Nutrition & Dietetics.
This experience shaped how I work today:

Throughout my career, I’ve been invited to share my expertise with a range of brands, start‑ups and publications.
In Huel’s early start‑up phase, I was one of the independent Dietitians consulted to review and analyse their first product formulation.
I’ve also contributed to articles for Tesco Magazine, Men’s Health and other national publications.

Originally trained as a chef, I’ve always been passionate about food - not just for health, but for enjoyment and everyday life.
With conditions like type 2 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, and lactose intolerance in my family, I’ve seen first‑hand how personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes can support long‑term health.
In practice, I also noticed a familiar pattern: many people start out motivated, but when life gets busy or stressful, even the best intentions fade. Not because they don’t care - but because change is hard when the approach doesn’t fit real life.
That’s why I went on to study behaviour change and habit‑building strategies. Understanding how people create lasting change allows me to support clients in building habits that feel natural and sustainable - whether they come to me for nutrition, for behaviour change, or for both.
This blend of culinary training, personal experience, evidence-based nutrition, and behaviour‑change expertise shapes the way I work today.
